It's the most wonderful time of the year! Gather your friends and family around the Christmas tree to collect beautiful ornaments, gifts and stockings. Cards are arranged in the center of the playing field to form a tree with presents underneath. Players choose and place a light or tinsel card on the tree. Using the point total of all lights or tinsel cards on the tree (of the type just placed) determines your selection value. That selection value is then used to choose an ornament on the tree or select a gift/stocking under the tree. Ornaments and gifts/stockings all score in different ways.

25th Century Games Resist! - Board game (ENG)
Resist! is a fast-paced solitaire game in which you take on the role of the Spanish Maquis, fighting against the Franco regime. During the rounds you will perform increasingly difficult missions and by completing missions you will earn the points needed to win. If you do not defeat missions and enemies, you can lose. At the end of each round you must choose whether to end the resistance or take the risk and undertake another mission. At the start of the game, you assemble a team of twelve Maquis, represented by a deck of cards. The core of the game is the tension between keeping your Maquis hidden from Franco or revealing them to unleash their full potential. Unfortunately, public Maquis are removed from your deck and you will likely not be able to use them for the rest of the game.

Based on the delivery orders given to each player by Brock the Badger, you navigate your boat to nearby islands to make deliveries and score points. You're a grumpy fool, a gruff grunt, a crusty grumbler and a bad-tempered dissatisfaction all in one body! This game rewards you for being the biggest Curmudgeon around, because it's pretty good. Use word cards to invent silly insults and throw them at opponents' life cards. Star rebuttal battles with fill-in cards and requested cards. Match colors or symbols on those retort cards to keep the battle going. The last person to play a rebuttal wins that life card and scores points.
