Salt & Pepper Games Conservas - Board Game (ENG)
What you love most in life is bringing the joy of the sea to people all over the world. You own a small canning company on the coast of Spain where you make the best canned goods for everyone to enjoy. You are responsible for the entire process, from managing the boats that go out in the morning, catching the fish, and finally selling your canned products. You have special goals every month, but it's not always about making the most money. It is very important to have a sustainable impact on the sea: if you harm the ocean through overfishing, you will fail in your mission. Maintaining a balanced relationship with the sea is crucial as you work hard and continue to create the best conservas in the world! In each game of Conservas, you start each season with a single boat and some money. The sea is represented by a bag of tokens full of fish and water tiles. In each round you fish from this bag, taking some back to your facility for canning, while releasing others into the sea to reproduce. To win you must maintain a delicate balance between fishing and growing populations. Each month has a unique set of goals, and your sustainability goals are just as important as your financial goals. Each market is also unique with specific rules and strategies for making profits. With 12 different scenarios, random decks of boats and upgrade cards, each game will provide a different challenge as you grow your business.

999 Games The Red Cathedral - Board Game (NL)
"The Red Cathedral" is a strategy board game in which players lead construction teams to build St. Basil's Cathedral in Moscow. Lead your team, assign sections, send resources and complete construction while bypassing your rivals. The Tsar is watching and only the most skilled builder will win his favor. With a beautiful tribute to the art of Ivan Bilibin, this game offers accessible rules and deep strategy for hours of fun. This game is perfect for lovers of strategic games with accessible rules. Due to the many random factors, the game is different every time. Furthermore, the game contains rules for playing solo. During the game, players can take one of three actions on their turn: claim a portion of the cathedral, send resources to build it, or go to the market to obtain more resources. Each action has its own mechanic and requires players to pay close attention to what the other players are doing. Once the parts of the cathedral have been allocated, the players take possession of their share. The more parts a player builds and completes with their own tower, the more points they receive at the end of the game. Players can send resources to the parts of the cathedral they have claimed. When they send enough resources to complete a section, they receive rewards in the form of money and prestige points. They can also install decorations on the finished parts to gain even more recognition from the Tsar. This part of the game also acts as a clock, because once a player completes the construction of their sixth part, the game ends. The Red Cathedral is accessible with simple rules and in-depth strategy. It will certainly appeal to those who are more interested in the challenge of strategically optimizing their position than in the complexity of the rules.

Write Stuff Games Fliptown - Card Game (ENG)
Fliptown is a flip-and-write game where you try to earn stars by exploring a Wild West town. The game uses a standard poker set to encourage an open world style of play, along with whiteboard-style boards that serve as each player's cards. Each turn you turn over three cards and assign one card to indicate your suit, one card to indicate your value, and one card to indicate your poker card. The color determines which of the four regions you activate, the value determines which location within that region you can circle, and the poker card goes to a five-card poker hand that is completed at the end of each round. Each of the four regions - Trail, Badlands, Mine, and Town - offers a different problem to overcome, while each location within a region offers unique rewards such as money, gold, useful items such as pistols, horses and tools, or bonus actions to create powerful combinations. For solo play, you can play to get a high score or compete against one of four "cowbot" robot opponents, each with their own motivation. For multiplayer play, players use "community cards" in the center of the playing field, with players completing each turn simultaneously. Additionally, bounty cards add competitive goals that players race to achieve. In addition to the standard game, you can play as one of 14 characters from the Wild West. Each character has a unique set of starting resources and a unique special ability.

Jolly Dutch Operation Cuckoo - Board game (EN)
Operation Cuckoo: As the name suggests, this two-person game revolves around Cuckoos. Both players are cuckoos who have been dropped into a strange nest and want to get all the eggs and young birds of their own color (or the other cuckoo) out of the nest. Operation Cuckoo requires a reverse mindset: you have to ensure that you are left with only your own playing piece as quickly as possible. Where you normally want to hit to win, you now have to be hit. The board is reminiscent of a chess/checkers board, but with hexagonal boxes that increase the freedom of movement. Pieces must always move forward and must always capture an opponent's piece if possible. If a player captures a piece, his own piece takes that place. The game requires a reverse mindset: you have to ensure that you are left with only your own playing piece as quickly as possible. Where you normally want to hit to win, you now have to be hit. Operation Cuckoo is played as a best-of-three, where a player must win twice to win the game as a whole. This means the game lasts between 15 and 30 minutes. The game board is double-sided: a standard side and an advanced side. The advanced side usually lasts 30 to 45 minutes.

In Weather Machine you are scientists on Prof. Lativ's team, tampering with the local weather: adjusting rainfall for farms, maintaining wind and clear air for ecological energy sources, and adjusting temperatures for resorts and sporting events. The prototype is quite effective so far; However, a pattern has emerged that reveals a worrying side effect: every use of the weather machine also changes conditions elsewhere on the planet – a "butterfly effect". “We need to build a new prototype,” he announces; "...but this time we're going to do it right. The government is funding this, and we're going to succeed." As Prof. Lativ explains the plan, the need to find suppliers for enough bots and chemicals is high.
