Cardia: Guardians of the Wilderness is the first expansion for Cardia. In this magical two-player game, you compete for the most seals in a series of encounters. This expansion adds ruthless guardians who give every second encounter an extra twist. This makes the game even more tactical and challenging!

Are you a fan of the magical duels Cardia offers and are you looking for even more strategic and tactical variety? Then this expansion is perfect for you! This expansion builds on what makes Cardia so challenging, without throwing out the familiar rules. Each game gets an extra twist, which can lead to even more exciting situations!

Preparation for this expansion begins the same way as the base game. So make sure you have the base game. Then place a row of 6 guardians between you with some space in between, so that every second encounter includes a guardian. Now reveal the first guardian. This guardian adds an extra rule to the second encounter of the game. So think carefully about which card you want to save for this! Once you've dealt with the guardian's ability in the second round, you reveal the next guardian, and so on. As usual, the player who is the first to collect 5 seals wins.
