Description

It is the late 18th century, the time of the Industrial Revolution in Scotland. By building the largest seaport, the village of Glasgow has quickly been transformed into one of the most important trading cities in Europe.

In this 2-player game your task is to build 16 new buildings to prepare Glasgow for the modern age. Each building earns points and the player with the most points wins the game.

Players move through the city to collect resources, perform special actions and, above all, build buildings. Before the game, tiles with city residents on them are placed in a circle on the table. These residents offer resources such as brick, steel or money with which buildings can be built or allow you to perform a special action.

Both players build one city together. Once the sixteenth building is constructed, the game ends and players score points for what they built. It is up to the players to determine the tactics with which they think they can score the most points.
