In recent decades, Baghdad has become home to thousands of mathematicians, astronomers, chemists and physicians. As inspired innovators, players are eager to develop smart devices to impress their peers. Will your ingenious devices grace the House of Wisdom, or are they destined to gather dust and decay?

The goal of Inventors of the South Tigris is to have the most Victory Points (OV) at the end of the game. Points are mainly earned by inventing, building, testing and publishing devices. Players can also score points by training their artisans, developing their workshops, conducting research, and influencing the three scientific guilds.
