Resist! - Board game (ENG)

Description

Resist! is a fast-paced solitaire game in which you take on the role of the Spanish Maquis, fighting against the Franco regime. During the rounds you will perform increasingly difficult missions and by completing missions you will earn the points needed to win. If you do not defeat missions and enemies, you can lose. At the end of each round you must choose whether to end the resistance or take the risk and undertake another mission.

At the start of the game, you assemble a team of twelve Maquis, represented by a deck of cards. The core of the game is the tension between keeping your Maquis hidden from Franco or revealing them to unleash their full potential. Unfortunately, public Maquis are removed from your deck and you will likely not be able to use them for the rest of the game.
