Gefeliciteerd met je nieuwe baan bij A5 Logistics!

Samen met je team werk je aan een zo efficiënt mogelijke inrichting van het magazijn. Dat doen jullie door goed te onthouden waar alles ligt, je fantasie te gebruiken en creatieve, grappige verhalen te bedenken.

Trek een producttegel van de stapel, bespreek met je team waar die op lijkt en leg de tegel op een plek die je makkelijk kunt onthouden. Zodra de tegel geplaatst is, draai je hem om. Vanaf dat moment mag niemand hem meer bekijken tot het einde van het spel. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je team goed onthoudt waar alle tegels liggen.

Elke dag, van maandag tot en met vrijdag, legt je team op deze manier 7 tegels neer. Vanaf dinsdag komt daar elke dag een regelkaart bij, die invloed heeft op hoe je de tegels mag plaatsen en hoe je met elkaar mag communiceren.

Aan het eind van de week ligt het magazijn vol: 35 gedekte producttegels op precies de plekken waar jullie ze hebben neergelegd. Tijd om de klanten binnen te laten!

Ze stormen binnen in een razendsnelle ronde van 5 minuten en willen hun producten terug. Jullie taak? Koppel alle gedekte producttegels aan de juiste klantkaarten met dezelfde afbeelding. Daarna volgt het wekelijkse beoordelingsgesprek, waarin jullie score wordt bepaald op basis van hoe snel en nauwkeurig jullie de klanten hebben geholpen.

Hoe meer bizarre en grappige verhalen je verzint, hoe beter je alles onthoudt. Je kunt meer dan je denkt!
