Imperial Struggle - Board Game (ENG)

Description

Imperial Struggle is a two-player game set in the 18th century, during the war between France and Great Britain. The game begins in 1697 and ends in 1789, when a new order topples the Bastille.

Yet this game is certainly not just about waging a war. Both countries must build wealth, take into account the other countries in Europe and compete against each other for glory.

Imperial Struggle spans nearly 100 years of history and four major wars. Yet the complexity is relatively low and the game can be played during an evening. It also goes further than its predecessor Twilight Struggle, but keeps the simple rules and many tactical possibilities of its hugely successful prequel.
