As the leader of your city-state, you must develop its economy, culture, and military as you send your army troops out to explore and conquer. Take advantage of your strengths to attract more residents, raise taxes, recruit military troops and gain prestige. But choose wisely! You don't have enough time to develop everything in just 9 rounds.
