Winterfall takes place 5 years after the events of the base game. In that time, Captain Freya has grown into a skilled young leader. Aren't you curious to see how her skills have developed?

This expansion takes place during a long, harsh winter on Starbeak Island and introduces blizzards, auroras, and other changing weather phenomena that alter the main board. Some spaces provide powerful effects, while others can disrupt, creating a dynamic new twist to the worker placement mechanism.

You will also encounter the mysterious Spirits, a new species that appears in winter and interacts uniquely with the weather effects. Additionally, the expansion includes a wealth of new cards, brand-new captains, objectives, and more.
